Ross is the Communication Director at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Naperville Illinois. He's Lauren's husband and the father of 3 young kids, Abigail Grace (8), Isaac Shepherd (4) and their newest addition, Elise Faye. Ross previously worked at Awana Clubs International, helping them start their podcast network as the Content Manager overseeing the Child Discipleship Podcast. Ross is committed to helping the church reach those who believe they have "it all" but have not yet realized what "life to the full" (John 10:10) is all about.
